How do I track my package?
You can track your package using your order number and your email address by going to the *Track my order* section on our website.

 


What are the shipping times for your products?
We do our best to ship your order within 24 hours, sometimes this time can reach 48 hours. Your order will then be entrusted to the carrier, and you will be delivered within 5 to 10 days. (Depending on periods, promotions, and transport service)

Is shipping free?
No, we do charge a shipping fee. This amount depend on a set of factors such  as the order value, the parcel weight,  the type of carrier and international traffic conditions  at any given time. 

 

Do you ship anywhere in the world?
Yes, absolutely. We ship worldwide.



Where do we ship your product from?
Our offices are located in United Kingdom  . Our international warehouse is located in USA.


I have not received all the items in my order, what's next?
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. For example, if this contains items from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.


I received a damaged item. What can I do ?
We are sorry to hear this. Simply send us a message via the site's contact form and we will send you a similar replacement item as quickly as possible.
